One of the main ingredients is avocado, which is excellent for moisturizing and coating your hair cuticles as it’s full of fatty acids. This mask also has honey, olive oil and coconut milk. Honey has superb antioxidant and antibacterial properties, which will help keep your scalp healthy and prevent any scalp infections. Olive oil is rich in vitamin E, so it’ll make your hair stronger and prevent hair fall. Did you know that coconut milk promotes hair growth? It can even get rid of dandruff and help restore dry hair. You’ll have healthy-looking hair in no time! Here is how you can make this DIY hair mask!

work your way down to the tips of your hair.
  3. Once you’ve applied it to your hair, wrap and clip your hair up. I’d
recommend leaving the mask on for at least 30 minutes.

DIY Lavender Foot Soak
This DIY foot soak is my favourite whenever I’m looking to de-stress and relax. It was not until recently that I discovered I could get all the enjoyment of a spa foot soak at home. Nothing better than soaking your feet whilst watching your much- loved show on Netflix. It brings a whole new meaning to “Netflix and chill”.

This 2 ingredient foot soak is so effortless to do but has many unreal benefits. What I love most about this particular soak is the use of lavender oil. Lavender oil has such a calming scent, which is why you often see it as the main ingredient in several sleep remedies. Another bonus is its anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.

Here is what you need to make this marvellous foot soak!
Ingredients:

  • 10 drops of lavender oil
  • ½ a cup of Epsom salts
  • A large bowl or container which is large enough to be able to soak your feet
  • in

Directions:

Pour all of your ingredients into a small bowl and mix it with a spoon to
ensure the lavender oil is thoroughly mixed.

  1. Now, fill your chosen container with just enough warm water to cover your
    feet and ankles.
  2. Take the mixture from your small bowl and pour it into your container filled
    with water.
  3. Once the salts have dissolved, you can now soak your feet for up to 45
    minutes.

Foot soaks with Epsom salts help with any sore aches you may have from standing all day as it increases your circulation. This DIY foot soak will have your feet feeling soft and exfoliated. You can use it at any time during the day too. Although, I love using it just before going to bed, as the lavender scent helps to get me ready for my slumber!
