From 2007 to 2008, the Olsen Twins went through a goth phase making their style a little darker than what we were used to. Their style majorly consisted of black, leather, and drama. Mary-Kate Olsen steered more towards glamorous goth as she embraced feathers, chiffon gowns, a crimson lip, and heavy black liner. This era was when Mary-Kate wore iconic Balenciaga harness boots along with black tights, shorts, and an oversized shirt. Ashley, however, leaned towards a romantic gothic style as her outfits mostly consisted of lace, Victorian details on red carpets, and leather jackets behind the scenes.
