Neon Eyeliner – Eyeliner is a classic item to add to your eyeshadow looks to make them stand out. However, neon eyeliner can be a look on its own sans the eyeshadow. Make it graphic or place it on or under your water line to bring attention to your eyes in a cool, minimalist way.
Neon Focal Points – When it comes to neon, Sometimes less is more. If full on neon looks are not for you, try adding neon focal points to your looks such as in the inner and outer eye corners.
