Here is one of her recipe on how to make Taco Sambosa/Samosa at home with very few ingredients in pretty simple steps:
- 1 package of sambosa/Samosa dough
- 1/4 kg Ground beef
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 Tomato finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Method to Cook:
In a pan over medium heat, add the oil and onion and sweat the onions then add the ground beef and spices and stir until beef is cooked then add the finely chopped tomato and cook them for 10 minutes. Add the cheese and turn off the heat. Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto each sambosa/samosa dough and fry until golden brown for about 3 minutes and serve them with sour cream and enjoy the delicious Taco Sambosa/Samosa with your family in Iftar.
