Why Are Boots Getting So Much Hype?

Did you know that the first female boots were made in 1837 for the British Queen Victoria during her reign? Yep, boots are nearly 200 years old. However, that’s not the earliest pair of boots to have made an appearance. The oldest pair of boots go as far to the 15th century. Boots were used to indicate wealth because only the rich and elite people could afford leather or fur boots. They were also used as a tool to break gender stereotypes because heeled boots were initially worn by men, not women.
